Situated on a small working farm, you may from time to time catch a glimpse of the farmer and his six or so cattle, or you may be lucky enough to spot a Barn Owl, Partridge, Pheasant or Woodpecker.

On the ground floor the accommodation consists of a cosy sitting room with wood burning stove and original beams, a bright open-plan kitchen and dining room with central island and breakfast bar, a utility room and cloakroom. There are a network of footpaths and bridleways leading to a multitude of walks, and in particular The Monarch’s Way, Leland Trail and Hook Drove are all footpaths which run within a few miles.
